Cancellation Policy

Cancellation/ No Show Policy I understand that there are times when you must miss an appointment due to emergencies or obligations for work or family. However, when you do not call to cancel an appointment, you may be preventing another client from getting an appointment. Conversely, the situation may arise where another client fails to cancel, and I am unable to schedule you for a visit due to a seemingly full appointment book. Repeated no shows/cancellations may result in me being unable to continue to be your service provider. Late appointment policy I understand that delays can happen, however I must keep my clients on schedule. If you are 15 minutes late or less, your appointment may need to be shortened, and you will still be responsible for the full cost. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled to a later date.
